I have one fence inside another fence. It doesn't stay that way and often the fence winds up behind the other. Is there a way to pin the fence to another fence?

Sorry to hear you are having issues.
I don't believe you can run another fence in a fence.

Don't think there is a way to pin a fence inside another fence. Usually what you are seeing is a smaller fences on-top of another bigger fence. But once you get the bigger one active. The smaller one will get behind the bigger fence. When this happen, you cannot get to the small fence until you move the smaller fence away from behind the bigger fence.
