Any auto responder received from emailing any Stardock support email address should contain instructions for creating a ticket for corporate inquiries:

If you have already used it, could you let me know what the ticket number is?
If you have recently ordered already, it is not under the email address you created this thread with. In any ticket you create, please provide the Stardock order number of any (recent) order if indeed you have ordered recently.
