Would you Please try this PURGE: https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling
Reboot and ReInstall the latest version from your account and reboot again.
You will still be able after the Purge to go back and restore from a snapshot .
So give that a try and report back here after if that worked for you .
