Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information.
1) Windows version. Please use Winver.exe to see the full version numbers.
2) Start10 version.
3) Please try the purge and reinstall steps : https://forums.stardock.com/486022/start10-support-faq#reinstalling
Make sure to re-download the product again from your account. Reboot before the installation and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.
