I buy DeskScapes v3.5 in September 5, 2012 and I would like to ask if I will have to pay again for the final version of DeskScapes v8.5 ?I just had windows 10 I also fencesI do not use WindowBlinds for the moment because it is not compatible with W8.

I believe its a yes. Since from version 3.x to 8.x its a new version number change. Just like from WB 8.x to 10.x you will need to pay for that.
