attempted to updated Window Blinds it automatically uninstalled and asked to be rebooted. I rebooted but install did not continue. Now if you run setup again it tells you to reboot. It has been rebooted 3 times but still no luck. Windows 7 64bit

I did not think this would work because I thought I had removed every trace but I must have missed something because this purge worked.
