Hi after Windows 10 1809 when I click on say Sounds at bottom and then click away, on the desktop next to it without choosing an option the taskbar disappears and then reappears. Happens with all system icons like Calendar etc.

1) Dual or more monitor setup? If yes please specify resolution of each monitors and scaling applied if any.
2) Fences version?
3) Wallpaper managers such as Deskscapes or others?

Tried it and there was no taskbar flicker.
Than you can start services one at a time to see which one is causing the problem.
Turned Fences off
We just cannot reproduce the issue here.
We will, however, keep your report should anyone else note anything similar (none have of yet).

OK found out it was GeForce Experience overlay doing it. Turned it off, solved!
