Two different computers and OS - same registration?

I run win2000pro at home and winxphome at work. Today I made a disk with all my winblinds/winstyles/icons from home and I'm installing them here at work. Are there any problems with copying over winblinds from 3.51 to 4? Should just run 3.51 on both computers, instead of 4 on my xp system?

Are there any other issues that would pose a problem with having the same registration on both systems?

Yes it's the same, but can I just copy over my windowblinds if I'm using 3.51 on one and 4.0 on another?
