Windows Explorer locks up when opening This PC in Windows 10

Does not lock up when opening Music, etc.

I have an intermittent problem. I am running Groupy 1.17 and StartMenu 10 on Windows 10. If I double-click the This PC icon on my desktop, Explorer opens up and I get the green bar that never goes away. If I shut down Groupy and do this, Explorer opens normally. I have Explorer set to start with This PC. If I open Documents or Music from the Start Menu, they open with no trouble. I also have short cuts to my C: and D: drive and they open fine. I have run the following: Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup, Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, and SFC /scannow. SFC found and repairs errors, but the problem still exists. Any help would be appreciated.

I will do that. When Explorer got locked up, I looked at Process Manager and saw that Explorer was suspended. I restarted it, and the problem disappeared. I don't think Groupy is causing this.
