MS paint... Hey, its not sooo bad. I did a cursor thats gotten over 1200 downloads using it. Its biggest advantage is thats its VERY easy to use. Tho, it has almost no special features like photoshop/paint shop/gimp have.

Will do jcg. My skin had a rollup height problem so i fixed it and updated it.Now its gone.Does it take time for it to come back up?Also...is there any way to skin the mouseover on more programs ?
