I'm trying out Start10 on Windows 10 1709. I noticed that when I expand the 'control panel' menu (and it's longer than can be displayed in the one column), I get the little up or down arrows at the top or bottom.
Clicking on these scrolls the list as expected. But, I noticed that I can't use my mouse wheel to scroll through the list.
Is this by design?
