How to make Window Titlebars & Borders Black on this Theme?

Hi,

I really love this theme called "8 for 7" by 20f3. It resembles Windows 8 & 8.1 very well.

I would like to make my Taskbar, Window Borders and Title bars dark or even pitch black. The theme colors have the following selections:

The Black theme is pretty light and the exit button is too. How can I adjust the color to make it completely pitch Black but still have the default red exit button?
