Thank you for working on the batch file. While the batch file appears to have worked as you expected (all Groupy related processes were terminated and the c:\program files\stardock\groupy directory was completely removed), the problem was still not solved. After running the batch file (which rebooted my system as expected), I then reinstalled Groupy as per my 3/12/2018 download from the Stardock site. Same pattern as before, though I have more information.
(1) I am able to group any application (or at least the two dozen or so that I tried) except for Word, Powerpoint, or Excel. These three seem to cause Groupy to crash. Interestingly, Access does not cause Groupy to crash.. (Though are the only four Office 365 applications that I use.)
(2) I tried running the three in "safe mode" (pressing the Ctrl key when opening and responding appropriately to the startup message.) Even in safe mode, Groupy still crashed when using these three applications.
When I first posted on the forum, I'd asked whether I might download a prior version of Groupy. Is this possible? It might help in figuring out whether the issue is indeed with the latest version (or perhaps something else on my system that is corrupted, though I have no idea what this might be.) And it should allow me to get going again with Groupy ...
Thanks,
Meade
