I am also on Win 10 with Groupy 1.1. But my '+' button work. Maybe there is problem on installation please try to uninstall. Reinstall and reboot.

Indeed, Ctrl-N does nothing... I also have "QTTabbar" active for other options than the tabs it provides. Within QTTAbbar Ctrl-N was set to duplicate a tab. Unchecked that and now the + works  

Clicking the + button opens a new tab, but it opens C drive. It would be great if it opens whatever I option I configured in windows explorer to open when it shows a new window or at least have an option in Groupy to allow the user to specify what folder to open i.e., This PC (My Computer), Quick Access, C drive, etc.

QTTabBar user also here. If it helps, my Ctrl+N behaves the way Neil describes, so it's not a compatibility issue.

I use Groupy to autogroup both PowerShell and the Command Prompt. Normally both open in C:\Windows\System32, so I always used my own shortcuts to have them start in my desired working directory. The + button uses the system defaults again, so I had to do some tricks to have them both start in my normal directory again using the +.

An option to set a default working directory for anything started by Groupy would not be a bad idea.
