[This problem has been solved by re-installing manually.] 

[Win 10 pro] After a cold boot, all of a sudden - no fences - no icons. And no, they are not hidden. If I run Fences from the menu, Fences tells me that it seems like its not loaded and might need be re-installed. However Object Desktop Manager lists it as installed. Uninstalling it, merely removed it from the list of windows installed programs in control panel, but OJM still thinks that it is installed so I cannot re-install it. Meanwhile I have a super clean desktop....
