Windows Explorer icons showing/removal

When I choose to show running applications on my dock and choose show all open windows it seems to show two icons for windows explorer. Is there any way to disable them so they do not show on the dock or modify them in some way? They do go away if I only show minimized but I would like to show all open apps without them being there.

If its on windows 7. It should only show up 3 if you have 3 windows opened.

 the middle bar has a folder icon on the left that I didn't add it links to application explorer this is what I am trying to get rid of doesn't seem to be a way besides only showing minimized apps. If I show all opened apps it shows up

I am sorry but ObjectDock not supported on Windows 10
