Windows Server 2016: How to add Restart to "Sign out" options on Start10 menu

Installing Start10 on Windows Server 2016 replaces the Windows 10 Start10 choice of "Shut down" with "Sign out". Clicking the right arrow beside "Sign out" displays only Disconnect and Lock.

I'm anxious to have a Restart choice though I finally figured out a clumsy workaround by going through the Windows 10 Menu. Since I'm likely to forget that workaround, I really do need a way to add Restart.

Is there any way to solve this?

In case it matters, I only ever access Windows Server 2016 through Remote Desktop Connection, since the server is in Germany and I'm in Canada.

That is indeed the reason. You could write a restart batch file and pin it to Start10:

shutdown.exe /r /t 00

I used remote desktop to manage my servers. I was using Classic Shell but figured I'd switch over to Start 10. Classic Shell allows you to configure what items appear in remote desktop so it works quite well. If this isn't possible in Start 10 then I just made a big mistake and need to go back to using Classic Shell.

If you add the following registry key and restart you should find Start10 will offer you all the usual local options when connected from RemoteDesktop too. Start10 is setup by default for the average user case where the shutdown and restart options should not be offered to the user by default. Right clicking on the start button also offers you a shutdown menu where reboot etc are available.
