I would just like to say, on behalf of the Icons making minority of skinners, A big welcome to Neil Young (Yangge), I know he has been around on other sites, but He has arrived with a bang here on Wincustomize. Congratulations on being #1 today, I am sure it will not be the last time.
As a side note to those of us that were worried about the new Top authors raking method. Today’s ranking is, at least in my opinion, a perfect example that the new system works, and works fairly.
