Groupy Will Not Activate

Just bought Groupy but after installing the Activation window only gives me "back" option after entering product key and email

What next?

Website says

Groupy:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Groupy"\SASUpgrade.exe -prodId=2644 -prodName="Groupy" -company="Stardock" -ver="1.00" -email="USER@USER.COM" serial="PRODUCTKEYGOESHERE"

 

Should it look this

C:\WINDOWS\system32>Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Groupy"\SASUpgrade.exe -prodId=2644 -prodName="Groupy" -company="Stardock" -ver="1.00" -email="USER@USER.COM" serial="PRODUCTKEYGOESHERE

Come on guys, I need a fix. Every other product I have activates perfectly. 

The above method is too difficult and no matter what I try I get message

C:\WINDOWS\system32>Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Groupy"\SASUpgrade.exe -prodId=2644 -prodName="Groupy" -company="Stardock" -ver="1.00" -email="XXXXXX" serial="11111-AAAAAA-XXXXXX"

'Program' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

operable program or batch file.

I also encountered the same problem, which can be solved with cmd. I don’t understand why the software will crash unexpectedly when opening the software, which makes me unable to activate the license normally.
