Was having a frustrating problem trying to figure out why this big delay that started right after a windows 10 update install. I had fences version three active.
Uninstalled fences. Staring now at four vertical rows of ICONS. It's like looking back into the stone age. Dug through my old downloads and reinstalled fences version 2.
All is well. Instant loading of my links. Version 2 solved the problem.
