Fences prevents icons from flying about on resolution change, now do the same for program windows!

I have multiple monitors and like to have various information visible on the second & third screen whenever I play games. But when i play old low resolution games on my main monitor all my program windows fly about "randomly" due to the changing resolution, obviously this does not happen on newer games that use the same res as the desktop. I would be eternally grateful if you could do something about that. Or perhaps such software already exist and someone could direct me to it?
