Dreams play for a few seconds and stop

When I load a dream, it plays for 2-3 seconds and then the picture freezes. After 1-2 more seconds, the dream disappears and it reverts back to the old windows wallpaper.

I'm running Windows 7 and I just can't figure out what is wrong.

Try updating your codecs

KLite Codecs Link: https://www.codecguide.com/download_kl.htm

Try Full or Mega pack 

Start with that then see how your dreams run after a full reboot

I downloaded the Mega Pack, installed it and rebooted.

Still have the same problem.

I bought the program specifically for this reason, I wanted an animated desktop that would span 2 monitors. Looks like its not going to happen. I don't know what to do.

You need to file a support ticket they. 

Probably have a fix for you 

I don't know the link for that

But the dreams should play on 2 monitors

Only file one support ticket and wait your turn to hear back.

A second ticket sends you back to the end of the line for support help.
