If that is what you think of the skinners who charge for their work, you won't get much help here. Building a WB skin takes, time, effort, skills and obviously you have none but want to slight others who do have them but aren't willing to spend many, many hours building a theme that so far, only 2 people have expressed interest in.

It must be same colour format, all elements (menu, buttons,inscriptions and others) must be exactly
same as in "Classic Windows7 Theme". This is not a commercial offer, nobody will make any money out of it.

that you can only resolve with WindowBlinds.
