How do I learn how to create a .dream or themes? Do I have to know C++ or Java? Where or how can I learn it?

This should be in the skinning forum. Or the community forum. Not in the ObjectDock support forum.

Most guys use AfterEffects, or some other video program. There is a dream maker that comes with DeskScapes. Look in your start menu under Stardock.
