I purchased Window Blinds and Fences for Windows 10 and installed them a couple of days ago.

As part of setting things up I set my wallpaper to change every hour, randomly, and set the wallpapers to read from 3 folders I have. One of the folders has about 250 pictures, the other two have 6 and 51 respectively. All of them are JPGs.

The problem is that the wallpaper sort of changes and sort of doesn't.

I see the new wallpaper in the background of the fences that I have open first, then after a while if I open the fence and roll it up the part that was covered by the fence is the new picture and the rest of the screen is the old picture. At that point I can open a fence and move it around the screen to refresh it to the new picture.

This isn't really the way it's supposed to work, is it?
