ChosenOS by choseone/honz 12

I was to request that someone might update this skin for WB4. It's one of my favorites and I have zero skill in this area. Hopefully somebody would be up for it

I also understand the amount of time that goes into it, so if you can't, that's cool, but if anyone else really likes this skin...
