Thea feature to make the background of each fence blurred in Windows 10 does not work. Makes no difference whatsoever. I upgraded to version 3 mainly for this feature to find I wasted my money. So far Version 3 is identical to version 2.
Did you uninstall Fences 2, reboot and then install Fences 3? If not please do so with that reboot in between.
