Programs List Running Into All Programs

I am running WindowBlinds and Start10 on Windows 10. I have Start10 configured to show Windows 7 style menu. In every skin I have looked at, it seems that the Programs List runs a little into the All Programs section on the start menu. Is there a way to fix this, or is it a bug in one of the programs.

On a related note, I tried to change the width and height of Programs List and Places List sections of the start menu in some skins, but the changes seem to have no effect. Does Start10 ignore these settings?

This happens with Start 8 too. Try this, open Task Manager and go down to Windows Explorer. Click "Restart". This works on Win 8, might work on 10.

That will do nothing. I also use the Windows 7 style menu as I'm sure many others also use it.

You must have some other problem as it works fine here and for many others I know. Just for the heck of it download this skin of mine and try it. You can also download any of Lightstar skins just to satisfy yourself it's something else. We both have plenty of free ones to try. Windows 7 skins seem to work fairly well but the skin I mentioned have win 10 sub styles so make sure you apply them.

Tomorrow Stardock will be back and maybe someone will see this and have some advise. For now rule out the problem being the program by trying the skins I mentioned. If they do it you have a different situation causing it.
