Hide Dock Behind Open Programs?

I have ObjectDock 2.2 installed on 2 computers. On one, the docks are behind open programs. On the other, the docks are visible through fully open programs. I want the docks to NOT appear when I have a program fully open, yet I can find no setting for this. What am I missing? Can anyone tell me how to hide the docks behind open programs?

Right click on the dock. Go to settings then view and uncheck always on top.
