Running Fences 3.01 on Win 10 64bit, dual display.
Re-installed Fences after having deleted it with IObit un-installer and WinOS, and still unable to create fences, as if the shell was only partly installed.
Looked in the register for any "fence" remains, apparently everything was gone.
After startup, the new default fences are at the right side of display1, with titles, backgrounds, borders and a number of the desktop icons. New fences cannot be created, although the program is apparently running. There is no way to move or edit fences or icons on the desktop.
Refreshing the display removes titles, background, borders, but scroll bars remain.
It is of no use, as clicking on an icon starts/runs some other hidden application or link of an invisible desktop.
Firewall and antivirus mention no issue, the only anomaly seems to be that some 64 dll are to be found in the x86 Program folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Fences.
Same question, any advice?
