Change log locations

Where can we find the change logs when WB, Start10, etc receive an update? The WB icon is no longer in the system tray, wanted to see if that is a known issue

WB v10.05 hasn't had the changelog updated yet.

This is what's changed:

Fix for Windows Insider builds
Skin updates for Windows 8 taskbar buttons
