Why to upgrade from WB8 to WB10?

Some questions:

Is there a detailed changelog somewhere?
What exactly are the advantages of upgrading from WB8 to WB10?
What are the new in-built themes shipped with WB10 which are not in WB8? List and screenshots?
Why are you making WB8 paid users to pay again for a new version?

NOTE: I am on Windows 7, so don't really care about Windows 8/8.1/10 support.

I did, both on my laptop and desktop with 8.1 installed. Everything the same as 8.13 just in different places.
