Start10 is well worth the money and has much better and more varied features than the freeware floating around. However, it also has a few issues to be addressed, and perhaps a few more features the staff could work on to implement, to improve it and make it even more better as to stand out amongst its peers.
For one thing, a glaring issue I found was the customizable start button icon. It's a great feature, although, there seems to be a slight bug.
As you can see, when hovered and clicked, the button does not behave like the actual Windows start menu, (I've tried and tested, and found this behavior to be the same for all except the default windows button, and from the included starter package, the icons Default and Start10, which have the same hover and clicked background as normal). So yeah, if it is a problem with the software, please fix, or if the icon is somehow wrong, please tell us how exactly we can make the icons have the same lightening effect the rest of the windows 10 taskbar icons have when hovered (it is clear this can be done, as the Start10 button works):

Now that the bug(?) request has been done, as for the suggestions:
1) Single column option for start menu?
2) Being able to resize the start menu (for example, resizing the second column since it seems a lot larger than it needs to be)
3) Option to change transparency and blur of start menu.
4) Option to change blur level of taskbar with a variable slider instead of Boolean blur yes/no.
