I just recently installed Windowsblinds 8 and I'm having a real issue with it.
1. Whenever I try to start device manager, it fails to open. No error message, just will not start.
2. Internet Explorer is giving me the same problem. It fails to start, and there is not error message.
3. As soon as I unload Windowblinds everything starts working again.
OS. Windows 8.1 fresh install fully updated and patched.
MEM. 16Gb
is anyone else ever experienced this issue?
