Missing right click context menu on "This PC" link

Windows 7 start menu allows you to right-click "This PC" link and click "Manage" & "Properties" etc.

This seems to be missing in start10, unless it's an option I'm not seeing.

Which version of Start10 are you using as I just checked here and it is showing correctly.
