Where did my desktop folder go?

Blank Desktop Blues

I have just installed Start10. No folders are showing on my desktop now and the Win10 Tiled Startmenu intrudes regularly. This isn't working like Start8 in Win8 did!

That doesn't sound normal. Start10 doesn't have any settings to hide your desktop icons.

Did you also install Fences perhaps?

Start10 should work pretty much like Start8 did on Windows 8.
