Hi,

I recently upgraded to Win10 and installed Start10. When scrolling through the 'All Programs' menu using my trackpad or touchscreen the whole start menu moves when reaching the scroll bounaries as shown here. This does not happen when dragging the scroll bar. I've also noticed it in certain other windows such as control panel
so it appears to be a Win10 'feature', but does not happen on all windows. If anyone knows how to prevent this behavior it would be greatly appreciated.
