Classic (Superior) Search with Windows 10 style start10?

So I have finally had it with how awful the search function is with Windows 10 with or without Cortana enabled.

I gave Start10 a shot and in the Win7 and Modern style start menus offer the search functionality I've grown to love from Windows 7, instant, immediate, and what I'm looking for.

However, I actually really like the Windows 10 start menu.

I am trying Start10 because I had hoped there would be a way to keep the basic look and feel of the Win10 Start menu while being able to adjust/customize/alter certain things on the menu.

In particular, I really hoped I could access the classic search tool from the Start10 Win10 style menu. I can't seem to find a way to do that.

It looks like I have to choose between the other two styles of start menus if I want the better search tool.

Is there some way to keep the Win10 style menu and have the search functionality that is in the other two Start Menu styles?

I agree completely . If there is a way to do this I would be more than pleased. I looked at the start menu and pretty much went "where the heck is the search bar??" I ended up actually uninstalling Start 10 because my often used search bar wasn't showing up so for now I am just using the Windows 10 start menu though I really am not fond of the giant cortana search bar right on the task bar. I would much rather have both the style and the functionality of the old search function.
