One of the good points about Stardock's software is that it doesn't alter system or software files.
A good way to check and fix this is to download your cam's latest driver (from the computer's website as sometimes they change drivers to suit their own computers).
Then uninstall the driver you currently have, reboot and install the driver you downloaded. You may have to reboot after doing this.
See if the cam now works...
