Bug with Taskmanager

Hello,

I want to inform a bug, hope it can be solved... when we open the taskmanager and then close it, the close proccess takes a while to close the windows, this is clearly a bug from start10 since it wont happen if i uninstall it or even if i remove all the taskbar options...
