My application icons are not showing up on the taskbar. While I have the start10 setting window open, the application icons will fleetingly appear as I toggle taskbar setting. The icons become visible for perhaps a few milliseconds when I change a setting option, then they disappear again. Please advise.
(Win10-64 upgraded from Win7-64 Lenovo X1 Carbon laptop)
