Wundows 10 only gives me an option to pin to start, pin on the taskbar, or uninstall when I right click on the all apps list. This is the new name of the all programs list in the start menu for windows 10. Though I did notice you could still do this with file explorer.

Oh...unless that's a function enabled by Start 10 ....in which case it's yet another good reason to use Start 10 ....

Moshi, I get the same result as I showed in reply 5.

I dragged the calculator app off the Start10 start menu, and I get a blank icon that is labeled "app" and it does not launch.

that's either a Fences or a Start10 (or both) bug then.

it's probably Start10, but if you'd try to drag and drop from Start10 to an Explorer Windows and that would work, then Fences is to blame.

i use neither ( i think the Windows 10 start menu is the best ever), so Windows works as intended here.
