Start10 not showing up....

After hartd reset of system

Was running Insider Preview when my Surface Pro croaked. Start10 worked great.

Reinstalled Windows 10 on the replacement Surface Pro 3 and did Pro Edition, installed Start10 three times and it never comes up. I can getr to config screen, but it does nothing.

Any suggestions?
