Angel_Wings 's NICKname is derived from the Greek root word 'Shmoop' which roughly translates to: Walking backwards whilst dancing an Irish jig, swigging a beer and yelling out gibberish in a most profane and unbecoming way...

Nah. I went through a "Sybil" period here @ WC...trying to find my perfect "nick" (perfect nick, yeah right he-he). So...I started with DarkSeraphim which was the name of my site and then people asked why I'd call myself a dark angel (argh)...the truth was...it was because I'd written a story titled, "Dark Angel" about 8 years ago which was an epic love story between an angel and a human (ANYWAY) and darkangel.com was taken so darkseraphim.com was WAS available and yadda, yadda, yadda. So then I kept changing my Nick...

Well, my nick sprouted from my Cat Happy (HAPPY is short for Happenstance because I bought him for my birthday on a 'fluke' chance encounter when I was buying food for my other two cats that day and saw 'kittens' for sale and well...the rest is history ). Anyhow, how the nick was Happy's was because I called him "Shmoopy" after watching a Seinfeld episode where Jerry and his new girlfriend get all mushy and lovey and make Elaine and George disgusted when they refer to each other as "Shmoopy" as pet names.

What a long ESSplaySHUN (explanation) for such a silly nickname huh?


Anyhoooooooooo, I like the nick Green_Armani...and the meaning behind it is pretty neato iffin' ya ask moi!

Angel_Wings starts chanting..." I dunno but I've been told...changin' nicks get's mighty old!" About face! *teasin'*

Mine's not such a mystery either..my name is Kimberly but in high school I was called Kimbabe by a few close friends. My sister still calls me Kimbabe.

Mine is not really that original..
My favorite computer game of all time has been Wizardry 7 and Wizardry 8. The story of the games centers around the creator of all things, whose name was Phoonzang, hence I use Phoon. (well, wasn't that exciting)

Sorta off the wall but anyway...........My wifes a Korean hotty which I call Yobo (that means wifey in Korean) but one night we were going to sleep and as women love to do when you are trying to go to dreamland....she was talking my ear off. I accidentally called her Bobo because I was half asleep. She started to laugh and punched me in the arm. I've called her Bobo ever since.

my wifes nick is Kiddo, son Boogie, daughter Runt (well really PookieBuns but after I told her why when she turned 6 she demanded a new one) That was a fun week while I kept refusing the addendum:

acrms crossed, head tilted eyes blazing, foot stomps ground with a loud pop "Daddy, I'm not pookiebuns anymore, call me Catrina" when she got to Britney a week later I threw Runt out so fast I thought I would have to pick up my lips, tounge and teeth off the floor!
