Hello. After paying via PayPal the upgrade from Start8 to Start10, I got an error message on the Stardock website saying that I wasn't charged for the order. Both PayPal and my credit card company, however, confirmed the payment. I did not get any email from Stardock with the license for Start10 nor any reply to the message I sent to support. It was not much long ago, so there is still hope, but perhaps a message in the Forum can help speed things up, if anyone from Stardock is reading. Thanks.
