Click Ok when finished

If you want to remove items on the Tools Menu left over by uninstalled apps:

Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Extensions
Delete any of the keys you don't want to show up on your tool bar
Increase the number of allowed simtainous downloads to as many as you want:
Start : Regedit
Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings
Change the MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server to whatever number you want
Change the MaxConnectionsPerServer to whatever number you wan
