Recently, my Wobbly Windows effect stopped working for no apparent reason under Windows 7.
After checking some Windows 7 settings, I discovered the problem. The problem was that somehow an advanced setting on my system was changed (I don't recall changing it), which unchecked the box "Show window contents while dragging".
In Windows 7, the path to this setting is as follows:
Control Panel -> (All Control Panel Items [View by: Large icons]) -> System -> Advanced System Settings -> Advanced [tab] -> Performance - Settings... -> Custom -> (6th setting from bottom, "Show window contents while dragging")
The box was unchecked; when I checked it and saved, the Wobbly Windows effect began working again properly!
I hope this tip will help someone else who might experience the same problem.
