Dennis Faas over at Infopackets wrote a really good article and a step by step “how to” about sfc /scannow failures. You should probably bookmark this and print it out.

I have never seen this problem, but I do get the notice that "SFC /scannow found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them".
Will this maybe help with that?
