Have you tried clicking and dragging the docks to other monitors?

YES AND IT WILL NOT MOVE

THIS IS THE ANIMATED PROGRAM DOCK LIKE APPLE

Make sure you don't have Lock Dragging selected: http://sd.stardock.com/brad.ather/Jingimages/2015-05-11_1541.png (Right click the dock, select View)

LOCK DRAGGING ONLY STOPS THE ICONS FROM BEING MOVED

I NEED THE ENTIRE BAR WITH THE ICONS TO MOVE TO ANOTHER MONITOR SO I CAN FREE UP MY MAIN MONITOR
