Does WindowBlinds change the skin to everything?

If I install windowsBlinds and pick a theme does that skin expand to all my programs in addition to my windows 7. For example, I use Outlook 2010 would the skin I chose make the Outlook 2010 that only has 3 options in the program itself. Blue,silver,black ?

I hope it does but won't install it until I know for sure

Yes, there is a very simple way to exclude applications on a per application basis from being skinned by Windowblinds.

Very Good !!! I hate the 3 choices Outlook 2010 offers us to use as a theme. Using the older version of WindowsBlinds that I bought, then never used it will solve that problem.

I have version 7.4.1.1 So if I can make Outlook look different that the boring blue,silver,and black that Microsoft gives us to use and doesn't allow any other way of changing the colors.
